Selenium : What I like and What I don't

I have been working with selenium (IDE and RC) for about 5 months now and I pretty much know what I like about this tool and what i don't, so here it goes.

Likes
1)It's free
2)It has a JAVA interface
3)It has all the essential features in place
4)It's free

Dislikes
1)It lacks support for some general stuff such as
a) Support for child window (many popup child windows are not recognized by selenium)
b)file upload is not supported in IE
2)Test run extremely slow in IE; About 5 times slower than firefox
3)Not really cross-browser like they say it is
4) User community is not very active; Takes ages to get a reply to posts in openqa forum.
